When should I expect my reading?

If you chose the email option for delivery of your reading, it can take up to two-three weeks (not including weekends) — but sometimes they arrive before then. If you cannot wait that long then there is an option for same-day readings.
If your reading has surpassed this timeframe, feel free to reach out via email only. I do not respond on social media.
If your reading hasn’t surpassed this timeframe and you reach out to me asking where your reading is — your order will be immediately canceled and refunded.
Virtual sessions?

Virtual sessions are always done through zoom. I do not offer face time or phone calls.
My virtual sessions have a five minute grace period for lateness, if you miss that window then we will have to reschedule for another date and time.
I have no tolerance for disrespect (nudity, being under the influence, etc) for my sessions. Smoking is not an issue as long as you are coherent. Any occurrences of such, the session will be immediately ended and you will not be refunded.
It is important to be in an environment that isn’t too distracting during these sessions for the benefit of you and I for the messages and energy. Sometimes this is not always controllable which I do understand.
What if I want a refund or to cancel?

You can only receive a refund if your reading hasn’t been completed — whether via email or zoom. If your reading has been fulfilled, whether you were satisfied with it or not, it is nonrefundable. That is time and energy that I cannot get back.
If you need to cancel a reading before it is complete, feel free to contact me via email. For virtual sessions, please make sure you cancel 24HRS before our session time.

The best time to reach me for any reason is through the contact form on my website. I do not respond to messages via DM or comments about anything involving my business because they get lost.
