Readings have a current delivery turnaround time of up to five business days to a week. If you need something sooner, then I do advise to book a same-day delivery. When you book a reading, make sure to provide your primary email address and make sure it is not full. I do not double check emails.

All my readings are nonrefundable, unless you need to cancel an order entirely before I send it out. I do not offer refunds to orders I have already completed — whether you like what they say or not. Any clients that try to dispute a purchase of a reading they have received will be banned from future booking.

I do offer virtual sessions (via zoom or facetime) for client’s who do prefer them. Virtual sessions are not an option for same day readings.

If you’ve submitted a form to contact me, please allow for up to at least 24 hours for a response. If you have contacted me on social media about an order — I do not reply to any DM’s or comments about orders.

If you’ve received an email that your order has been fulfilled but can’t find it — make sure to doublecheck through your junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find it, submit a form through my contact and it can be resent to you.

When you book with me, you are providing me consent to read into your energy and into the situation(s) that you may require clarity on. I do not require any form of backstory or astrological placements when it comes to helping you — I am a psychic, and what I do is purely energy. Any session that you book with me is private between you and I — whether you choose to share your personal details with friends and family is up to you — but your personal information is safe with me.

I do not provide any form of spells or rituals to the public; the only curios I will recommend is a form of cleansing baths, crystals, or oils to a client if they do need it. But I do perform any form of spells or rituals for those who inquire, especially involving other people.

Readings are timeless; a reading can reveal itself when it wants to, so therefore just because a reading may not resonate at time of you session doesn’t mean it won’t ever. When you book with me, you book for time that I cannot get back — so I do not offer any refunds to any readings that you do not “like” or resonate with. While I can agree that everyone doesn’t always connect with every reader, my time is not to be wasted.
